We will ride through Keston and on to Downe then on to the Shampan. We then ride along Grays Road, around the Nower to Main Road stopping for coffee at Coolings Lifestyle. We then return to Hayes via Charnwood Lane, the cycle path on the A21, Locksbottom and Farnborough Park. There are hills but nothing challenging. Please bring a sturdy lock as we will leave our bikes outside at Coolings. Also…
